
Mini Raisin Brioches
RAISIN BREAD
Topped with dried raisins without sulphites and our home made pastry cream.
Raisin brioche is a French classic favourite! Created by our pastry chefs, ours feature generous helpings of raisins and a pastry cream filling flavoured with vanilla and amber rum.

UNTREATED UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, BUTTER, WATER, PASTRY CREAM (MILK, WHOLE EGGS, CANE SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, AMBER RUM, NATURAL VANILLA EXTRACT), RAISINS, CANE SUGAR, YEAST, WHOLE EGGS, SKIM MILK POWDER, SEA SALT, WHEAT GLUTEN, MALTED WHEAT FLOUR, ENZYMES, ASCORBIC ACID.
MAY CONTAIN TREE NUTS, SULPHITES, SESAME SEEDS AND MUSTARD SEEDS.
1. Place desired number of pastries on a baking sheet
covered with parchment paper.
Keep a 3 cm distance between each pastry.
2. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).*
3. Put pastries in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.*
4. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
5. Admire, smell and enjoy!
* Convection oven: Preheat oven at 325°F (165°C) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
OPTIONAL STEP
Before putting pastries in the oven, let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then bake, following the instructions above.
This will allow pastries to rise more.
