Mini Chocolatine Croissants

100% BUTTER CHOCOLATINE
A Viennoiserie classic, filled with real dark chocolate.
Golden and flaky on the outside, our mini chocolate croissants are made with the same scrumptious dough as our all-butter mini croissants and generously filled with quality dark chocolate.

UNTREATED UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, BUTTER, WATER, CHOCOLATE (UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, CANE SUGAR, BUTTER OIL, SOY LECITHIN, NATURAL VANILLA EXTRACT), CANE SUGAR, YEAST, WHOLE EGGS, SKIM MILK POWDER, SEA SALT, WHEAT GLUTEN, MALTED WHEAT FLOUR, ENZYMES, ASCORBIC ACID.
MAY CONTAIN TREE NUTS, SULPHITES, SESAME SEEDS AND MUSTARD SEEDS.

1. Place desired number of pastries on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Keep a 3 cm distance between each pastry.
2. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).*
3. Put pastries in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.*
4. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
5. Admire, smell and enjoy!
* Convection oven: Preheat oven at 325°F (165°C) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
OPTIONAL STEP
Before putting pastries in the oven, let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then bake, following the instructions above. This will allow pastries to rise more.
